It would be helpful if you could provide the following information on your Historic VWs, however it is not required for membership, so enter NA where not relevent or not known, or NO CHANGES if the same as last time.

If you click Submit and nothing happens it probably means you forgot to fill in a required field.  Go back through the form and look for any box highlighted in red, and fill it in using NA if you don't know the answer.  If you are colour blind and can't see red, you should still see the fields as the border will be thicker.
