2025 Historic Volkswagen Club Events
*If you would like to display your Beetle on any Club Displays or suggest an event then please let us know by contacting the Web Master in the first instance whilst our Display Managers positions is vacant. We will note down which member will be supervising our display at each event in case you want more information. The Dales Dawdle and Northern displays at Ripon, VWNW and Field of Dreams are organised by Neil Dickens.
We are considering turning up at the following events please let us know if you would like to join us so we can arrange a display area and/or stand if possible, otherwise we will either remove the events from the calendar or we may just turn up as individuals if you don't let us know you are coming. If there are any events members are attending that are not on the list, but would like other members to attend, please let us know so that we can add them to the Provisional Calendar.

Entry details for the Historic Beetle Display (Pre-60) are available on the event website at https://www.stanfordhallvw.com/displays/historic-beetle-display/ , we are looking forward to receiving your completed entry as soon as possible. Remember that you will be amongst the very few people who gain entry to this special show free of charge!
As always we are hoping for an even larger display in 2025 than in previous years, in particular for 1940s manufactured vehicles. Whilst the display is titled the Historic Beetle Display we are very keen to see as many genuine 1940s VW military models (not replicas) on show as possible. Other special bodied Type 1 cars will also be considered for entry but all entries must be manufactured before August 1960 (VIN 3204566).
Please be reassured that the Historic Display is NOT a Concours competition, it is for you to display your pride and joy at one of the best VW shows in the UK. However those wishing to enter the appropriate concourse class are encouraged do so, entry details are here https://www.stanfordhallvw.com/displays/concours-d’elegance and you will still be positioned within the Historic Display area.
There will also hopefully be room for some Historic VW Club members with 60-80 VWs in the outer ring, but these will require to pay for an entry fee.
Anyone wanting to enter needs to contact Rod asap as he needs to post passes out, and time is running out.
