This car was
first registered in June 1955. The owner died sometime in 1978 or

At some time the first owner had painted the wings
blue, fitted spotlights, a reversing light and flashing indicators.
Apart from these changes the car was original. The flashing
indicators supplement the original semaphore indicators (which still
work) and were probably fitted as safety aid as increasingly fewer

Though the original silver metallic paint has faded the
car remains incredibly original and structurally very solid.
The car has a very low and genuine mileage (68,923). I now use
it on a few occasions throughout the year, providing there is no
prospect or rain, just to drive around the local country lanes.
I have a quantity of parts that will also be available. In
normal circumstances the car would not be for sale.
